Sarah Petites, LLC is a business & legal consulting service for entertainment industry pros.

I’m one of the people named Sarah Hack, and I established Sarah Petites during the pandemic to give sliding-scale support to writers, filmmakers, and podcasters.
I’ve provided strategic, legal, and financial advice to creative professionals making content for all major platforms including Apple+, Amazon, Google/YouTube, HBO, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount, Starz, and more. You know the drill.
This consultancy was named in honor of my poppy, Herman Hack, a pilot in WWII. Herman landed in Normandy, fought at the Battle of the Bulge, and liberated concentration camps in Germany. When he returned to the US, he spent most of his career as a traveling clothing salesman. Toward the end of his life, he started his dream co., Sarah Petites, named after his mother (who is my namesake), in order to design his own line of womenswear for shorter women. He would not brag about any of this.
I’m a member of the NY bar, a surfer, a marathoner, a dessert-addict, and a long-suffering New York Jets fan. Those last two are thanks, in part, to Herman Hack.
